The business owns a number of houses in Rayne and Felsted. These properties were historically farm workers cottages, or manager’s housing. As labour numbers have reduced and retired farmworkers have vacated their tied accommodation we have renovated houses and now let these on the rental market. We our proud of our properties and aim to keep these well maintained and to provide our tenants with modern, comfortable homes, in a good state of repair. It is our strategy to increase the energy performance levels of our properties where we can reasonably do so to reduce running costs for tenants and to reduce our carbon footprint as far as possible
